基本的にお客様のご希望を伺いまして、プランをおつくりいたします。
マレーチャンの料理は、マレーシアのハラール料理ですが、他の国のモスリムの方も美味しく召し上がっていただいております。
今までに在来日のモスリムの国、サウジアラビア、インドネシア等のイスラムの方々に多くのご利用いただいたいております。
ハラールの和食メニューもご用意できます。
以下の【ベーシックプラン】は一例です。
Basically, we will make a plan based on your wishes.
Malay Chan's food is Malaysian Halal food, but Muslims from other countries also enjoy it.
It has been used by many Muslim people in Japan, such as Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.
Halal Japanese menu is also available.
The following [Basic Plan] is an example.

リーズナブルでボリュームにも自信があります。

3,000 yen per person (excluding tax) 10 people or more
Reasonable and confident in volume.
メニュー内容 Menu contents
- 前菜4品、野菜1品、肉1or魚1品 4 appetizers, 1 vegetable, 1 meat or 1 fish
- 主食1品（a.ナシゴレン、b.カレー（ライス付き）、c.焼きビーフン） 1 staple food (a. Nasi goreng, b. Curry (with rice), c. Rice noodles)
- デザート1品 1 dessert
前提条件(ケータリングの場合)
- お一人様2,000円～（税込）、10名様よりご注文いただけます。
- 仕入れ状況により、内容が一部変更となる場合がございます。
- スタッフの人件費と配送料が別途料金が掛かります。

The contents may be partially changed depending on the purchase situation.
Staff labor and shipping charges will be charged separately.

マレーチャンのケータリング
マレーチャンのケータリング料理は、ムスリム（イスラム教）の方に、安心して食べていただけるハラール料理（Meal of the Halal）です。
ケータリング（catering）は、パーティーや会議などの会場へパーティーメニューを運び、セッティングいたします。
またデリバリー（delivery）は、弁当を配達いたします。
Malay Chan's catering food is the Meal of the Halal, which Muslims can eat with peace of mind.
Catering will bring the party menu to venues such as parties and conferences and set it up.
In addition, delivery will deliver the lunch box.

内容を伺いましたのち、お見積りをFAXかE-mailにてお送りいたします。
After asking about the contents, we will send you a quotation by fax or e-mail.
3.確認・確定

お見積り・内容にご納得いただけたら、確認させていただき、ご注文確定となります。必要がございましたら、スタッフがご指定の場所までお打ち合わせにお伺いいたします。
If you are satisfied with the quotation and contents, we will confirm it and confirm your order. If necessary, the staff will visit the designated place for a meeting.
4.当日

お約束の日時・場所へ納品いたします。

基本的なハラール料理はもちろんですが、せっかくの日本滞在ですので、日本料理も食べていただきたくて、リクエストがあれば、ケータリングやお弁当に、ハラール日本食やお国料理を入れることも可能です。

横浜みなとみらい「象の鼻テラス」にて開催された「マレーシアごはん祭り Malaysia MAKAN Fest」にマレーチャン屋台を出店いたしました。たくさんの方にお越しいただき、2日間で約600食！
準備した数はすぐに売り切れ、午後から来た方にもご提供できるように、横浜と池袋を往復して食品を補充しました。慌ただしい2日間でしたが、多くの方にマレーシア料理、マレーチャンの料理を楽しんでいただけたかと思います。
We opened a Malay Chan stand at the "Malaysia Rice Festival Malaysia MAKAN Fest" held at "Zou-no-hana Terrace" in Minato Mirai, Yokohama. Many people come and eat about 600 meals in 2 days!
The prepared number sold out quickly, and we replenished the food by going back and forth between Yokohama and Ikebukuro so that we could provide it to those who came in the afternoon. It was a busy two days, but I hope many people enjoyed Malaysian food and Malay Chan food.

ホテルニューオオタニの大宴会場で、マスコミを始め400人が招待され、マレーシア料理を堪能していただきました。
マレーチャンも日本における老舗のマレーシアレストランとして招介され、人気のフィッシュヘッドカレー（キンメダイのカレー）、カリーパフ（ドラカレーのパイ）などの料理をケータリングしました。
The Malaysian Kitchen Program, a project backed up by the Malaysian government to spread Malaysian food around the world, was unveiled in Japan.
At the large banquet hall of Hotel New Otani, 400 people including the media were invited to enjoy Malaysian cuisine.

料金は、メニュー料金＋スタッフの人数＋配達料が、かかります。
配達料は、距離などで料金が変わります。お見積りしますので、お問い合わせください。
The fee is menu fee + number of staff + delivery fee.

Q1. いくらから注文は可能ですか？
A1. お一人様2,000円～、10名様以上で承ります。
Q2. 予算でお見積りしてもらえますか？
A2. はい、ご予算やご希望内容を伺い、お客様のご要望にあわせたプランをご提案いたします。
Q3. 食事代の他にかかる費用は？
A3. 配達、納品方法により別途費用は異なります。
（交通費、当店スタッフがセッティング（や片付け）の場合人件費、配達して完了の場合使い捨て容器代、など）
Q4. 人数が決まっていないのですが、いつまでに決めればいいですか？
A4. 2日前までにご決定ください。
Q5. キャンセルは可能ですか？
A5. ケータリング（またはお弁当）のキャンセルは、仕込みや配達手配の都合上、以下のとおり頂戴しますことをご了承ください。
【キャンセル料】
- 当日→100%請求
- 1日前まで→50%請求
- 3日前まで→20%請求
- 1週間前まで→10%請求
- 2週間前まで→請求しません
Q6. どんなお皿で持ってきてくれるのですか？
A6. 2通りあります。
パーティー（または会議）終了まで、当店スタッフがサポートする場合、食器に料理をご用意します。
配達して完了の場合、使い捨て食器となります。（容器代は別途請求いたします）
Q7. お料理の他に何かついてきますか？
A7. 割り箸、お手拭、紙皿を人数分をお持ちいたします。
Q8. 飲み物はありますか？
A8. アルコール、ジュース、お茶、多種あります。ご相談ください。
Q9. お支払いはどのような方法になりますか？
A9. 1週間以内の振込、またはお渡しの際に現金になります。事前のお振込みも可能です。
